At Crumdum Bakehouse, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.


1. No Returns on Perishable Products

Cakes and other baked items are perishable goods and cannot be returned once delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product was missing items

  • Quality issues reported at the time of delivery


3. Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • Description of the issue

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable


5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A store credit, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
